Mmm, time I went to bed. Stuffed goose is really big, needs to go into the oven at 7am.

Hope everyone we're expecting on Boxing Day turns up or we're going to be feeding half of England with the leftovers....

This was lunch. We've had this for the last few years (ever since I found it listed in the Foodlovers' Guide to London). Oh, it is so nice.

Roasted venison sausages (wrapped in bacon). Roast potatoes, roast parsnips, roast carrots, boiled (not roasted) cauliflower, stuffing, gravy. Mmmmm.

Sleep now.
