Jam tomorrow --
but only because it's still too hot to eat tonight. Two kilos of plums yielded about three kilos of jam, which is even now cooling (and, one hopes, setting a bit more) in its jars. Tastes a bit sweet at this point but then I'm guessing that'd be the two kilos of sugar; I'm sure it'll be fine on crumpets tomorrow morning.
