Apples, blood oranges, broccoli, carrots, cherry tomatoes, jerusalem artichokes, potatoes.
So far: tomatoes partly eaten for weekend lunch. Sunday dinner (and Monday lunch for me) was chicken and kiwi wraps, which involved a salsa of kiwi fruit, (the rest of the) tomato and some grated carrot (plus lime juice and coriander). I've just made warm salad of winter leaves, Jerusalem artichoke and bacon
for lunch today. Tomorrow's dinner will be broccoli quiche with a mashed potato crust, followed by apple pie/crumble. That then leaves me a couple of carrots and the blood oranges -- the oranges will be juiced (I juiced last week's to go with lunch), not sure about the carrots.
